Sunstroke

Summerheat relates to the season summer. It is the only external evil that invades only in its own season.

Since the humidity in late summer is high, as heat makes water vaporize, the summer heat tends to mingle with summer dampness. Then the physiological symptoms become a compilation between heat and damp and manifest in diarrhea. In such cases it is essential to keep the body hydrated. Drinking rice water is very useful to stop diarrhea (the residue water in which rice is boiled in), which is a natural remedy that benefits that condition.

Heat symptoms caused by summerheat invasion are thirst, sweating, fever. Good remedy that addresses all of these symptoms is watermelon. It cools down the internal body heat and hydrates the body.
